Landscape Projects

Following is a selection of our most recent LANDSCAPE projects. These projects transformed properties that suffered from neglect with irrigation and water management systems, to exterior facades that needed repair and rejuvenation. New gutters above and underground water management systems below addressed pooling water and degraded surfaces – making it a safety issue in some cases. Both projects showcased here include new roofs, exterior repair work, paint, and all new hardscape materials.

Existing landscape plantings were either trimmed or removed and enhanced with additional new native Florida trees and plants for our Zone 9A/9B. Irrigation lines support each plant or planter box to provide irrigation needs. And both properties feature a dramatic lighting plan which highlights the grounds in the evening, including pathway lighting for overall safety.

The end result realized a strong ROI for both projects by the homeowners to bring these beautiful properties back to life, while enhancing their outdoor living space.
