This is a completely reimagined guest bathroom in the “California Modern Ranch” aesthetic updating a 90s condo to a more streamlined and comfortable modern home for the owner.
This guest/hall full bathroom achieved a modern approach by opening up the space by removing the soffit from the bath/shower 1-piece unit, creating a walk-in shower with a full-size shower pan with limited walkover height.
The modern 9×12 white vertical tiles reflect a modern sensibility supporting the wall-mounted vanity revealing the flannel gray hex 8″ tiles on the floor.
This theme is carried into the shower with hex tiles in white in the niche. Floating shelves over the toilet finish the look with plants and photos that make the space inviting.
